Christiana Kayode is a climate & energy finance innovator and STEM leader committed to advancing solutions at the nexus of technology, finance, and sustainability. She currently serves as a Portfolio Asset Manager at AES Corporation, where she oversees renewable energy assets exceeding $1B.Christiana is also the founder of The X Element, a platform reimagining structured finance to accelerate innovation in energy and climate ventures.

Her work bridges STEM and financial innovation most notably through a machine learning model she developed to quantify corporate sustainability practices as intangible financial assets. Built using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Agent-Based Modeling (ABM), this model earned her recognition as a finalist at Falling Walls Lab  and a feature in Business Insider.

A former faculty member at Parsons School of Design, Jasper designed and taught a pioneering graduate course connecting Finance, Design, and Climate. She is a Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI) Fellow, a GreenFin Emerging Leader, and an active mentor to STEM and climate entrepreneurs globally through Village Capital, Nasdaq Milestone Makers, and Techstars.

As an ISIE Fellow, Jasper is focused on championing transformative approaches to STEM education, innovation, and policy—driven by her belief that the most powerful solutions emerge where science, finance, and imagination meet.
