Ginikachi Prisca Ifenatuora is a cross-cultural instructional design specialist and STEM education researcher committed to advancing inclusive and accessible learning worldwide. Her earliest work ranges from research on Accessibility Compliance in Learning Management Systems, which offered practical guidelines for equitable digital education, to STEM-focused community engagement programs that equipped underserved learners with digital literacy, problem-solving, and employability skills. These formative experiences established her dual focus on academic excellence and social impact.
She holds a Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural and International Education and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from Bowling Green State University. Professionally, she has contributed to the design and development of enterprise-level training for organizations such as Sound Transit, where she actively participated in creating gamified, DEI-integrated, and multimedia-rich learning modules to enhance workforce engagement and retention.
Her scholarly portfolio includes more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and editorial board appointments, with contributions spanning inclusive STEM frameworks, neurodiverse learning strategies, and instructional technology innovation. Recognized as “Editor of the Year” by multiple journals, she is an active peer reviewer for global education and technology publications.
In leadership roles during her Master program such as Treasurer of the Graduate Student Senate and Vice President of the Nigerian Student Association, she has championed diversity, cross-cultural collaboration, and student development.
With a career rooted in both research and practice, Ginikachi continues to advance STEM innovation, accessibility, and global knowledge exchange through impactful design, research, and mentorship.
