Adewunmi Wale-Akinrinde is a STEM-driven innovation leader, researcher, and entrepreneur with a passion for translating science, technology, and data into scalable solutions that create measurable social impact. She holds a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield University, United Kingdom, where she specialized in Technology Strategy, Innovation Systems, and Data-Driven Decision Making.

As Founder and Principal Consultant of Sorfir Associates LLC (U.S. and Nigeria), Adewunmi leads cross-border initiatives at the intersection of technology, fintech, consumer innovation, and digital transformation. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Tender Hands Homecare Services Agency LLC, where she champions technology-enabled healthcare delivery models that improve access, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.

A member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Adewunmi applies structured governance frameworks to innovation delivery, ensuring that STEM concepts move beyond theory into sustainable execution. Her work reflects a deep commitment to inclusive technology adoption, women in STEM leadership, and the advancement of innovation ecosystems across emerging and developed markets.
