Wande Kasope Elugbaju is a human capital development analyst and business intelligence professional recognized for advancing data-driven workforce strategies in higher education, public institutions, and private enterprise. With over eight years of experience spanning Nigeria and the United States, he has developed pioneering frameworks that align talent planning, organizational performance, and educational outcomes with labor market demands. He holds an MBA in Business Analytics (STEM) from Ashland University, Ohio, where he graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA, and an MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos. His career includes leadership roles as Business Intelligence Analyst at Ashland University, where he designed predictive analytics dashboards and data governance systems that improved student retention and compliance accuracy, and as Senior Administrative Officer at the Nigerian Meteorological Agency, where he trained over 200 staff in applied analytics, strengthening institutional capacity ahead of WMO re-accreditation. Wande is a published scholar with lead-author contributions in peer-reviewed journals such as the Global Journal of Advanced Research and Reviews and the International Journal of Applied Research in Social Sciences. His expertise is frequently sought in international peer review, serving as reviewer and judge for journals and innovation platforms across disciplines.
