Engr. Victor Eniola is a dedicated energy systems researcher with a strong academic and professional background. He holds a National Diploma (Distinction) in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honors) from Obafemi Awolowo University, and an M.Sc. in Renewable Energy (Perfect Distinction) from Naresuan University. He is currently a Research Assistant and Ph.D. candidate in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts, USA. With over a decade of experience in the energy sector, Engr. Eniola specializes in solar power forecasting, hybrid energy system design and optimization, hydrogen energy storage, lithium-ion battery systems, and the physics-based modeling of proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolyzers and fuel cells. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals and has collaborated with leading experts in renewable energy research. His academic excellence and contributions have earned him several prestigious honors, including the NIPES Excellence in Energy & Sustainability Award, the NSF-NAWEA/WindTech Travel Grant, the AEE-New England Scholarship, and the Naresuan University Research Excellence Award. A certified professional engineer, Eniola holds corporate memberships with the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the Nigerian Institution of Power Engineers (NIPE), and the International Association of Engineers (IAENG). He is highly proficient in MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape and has working experience with ANSYS and COMSOL Multiphysics. His work is driven by a passion for advancing sustainable energy technologies through research and innovation.
