Salim Adedeji is an accomplished software engineer at JPMorgan Chase, where he leads the design of high-performance payment systems that power millions of transactions daily across global markets. With deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture, and financial technology, he builds resilient solutions that underpin some of the world’s most trusted financial networks.
Previously at Goldman Sachs, Salim played a key role in modernizing and automating platforms across two divisions—one focused on the firm’s global workforce and the other responsible for managing liquidity and financial stability. His work improved operational efficiency, data transparency, and the reliability of systems central to the firm’s internal operations and financial decision-making.
Beyond his technical leadership, Salim is a Bloomberg Black in Tech Fellow and a committed NSBE mentor, actively supporting the next generation of engineers. He has also served as a hackathon judge and mentor, and is a published author in leading Medium publications, including AWS in Plain English and Stackademic.
