My name is Semiu Babajide,I am a Business Data Analytics professional with a strong foundation in business strategy, data-driven decision-making, and organisational development. My career spans eight years with Access Bank PLC, where I contributed significantly to operational efficiency, customer insights, and performance improvements across various departments. Through analysing business data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations, I supported leadership teams in enhancing service delivery, strengthening compliance, and improving process optimisation.
I hold a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and an MSc in International Business with Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University. These qualifications have equipped me with advanced analytical skills, a global business perspective, and a strong understanding of organisational behaviour and workforce strategy.
My strengths include strategic problem-solving, data interpretation, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to communicate complex insights in clear, practical terms. I am proficient in using analytical tools and have a proven capacity to transform data into meaningful outcomes that support innovation and continuous improvement.
