Temitope Deborah Babayemi is a motivated technology and project management professional whose work sits at the intersection of innovation, public service, and organizational excellence. With a background spanning education, national program operations, research, and digital transformation, she has built a reputation for improving systems, strengthening accountability, and helping teams work smarter through data and technology.

She holds dual graduate degrees, an MBA and an MSc in Information Technology from Emporia State University, USA, where she supported major accreditation and compliance initiatives across academic programs. In this role, she worked with faculty, administrators, and IT teams to streamline processes, manage documentation systems, and improve reporting accuracy using modern project management and collaboration tools.

Before moving into higher education, Temitope served as a Program Relationship Manager with Nigeria’s National Social Investment Program. There, she helped coordinate large-scale digital operations across 36 states, supporting initiatives that served over 500,000 beneficiaries. Her contributions strengthened system governance, enhanced reporting transparency, and improved stakeholder engagement across diverse operational teams.

A passionate researcher, Temitope has published peer-reviewed papers on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, fintech, and federated learning, and has presented her work at international conferences. She also developed the Integrated Governance Intelligence System, an innovative framework designed to strengthen accountability and performance measurement in public sector programs.
